ALL GOODS, REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF T QUIP (PTY) LTD UNTIL FULLY PAID FOR.

KINDLY ASSIST BY CHECKING THE GOODS RECEIVED. Time limits for claims: 

1) shortages - within 24 hours of delivery

2) Damaged Stock - with 7 days of delivery

 

Order Queries

1) Any packaging that seems to be tampered with and/or damaged must have the waybill/invoice endorsed and T QUIP personnel must be informed within 3 working days.

2) Over, under supplied and/or incorrectly supplied stock must be reported to T QUIP personnel within 48 hours.

3) Incorrectly supplied and/or oversupplied stock must be returned to T QUIP within 7 days from the date of claim.

4) Damaged and/or faulty stock must be reported to TQUIP personnel within 7 days.
