Stock will be dispatched 3-5 days after order received due to warehousing location. Some stock will be dispatched even sooner depending on suppliers logistics.

Any orders for international makeup will be dispatched 14-16 days later due to imports.

T QUIP RFC POLICY

1) Stock being returned within 7 days from order, must be confirmed with a pick up number from T QUIP personnel.

2) All stock returned to T QUIP must be in its original packaging and a resalable condition.

3) Stock used, tampered with, engraved or damaged by use will not be accepted for credit unless the stock item itself is faulty.

4) Stock returned to T QUIP must be accompanied by the following documents:            

A) Copy of T QUIP's pick up request.

B) Clear copy of T QUIP Invoice

5) All stock being returned for credit must have T QUIP's stock number for processing credit.

6) All returns are to be subjected to inspection and acceptance by T QUIP.
